Ciox Health reliably handles more than 40 million requests for protected health information each year. We take our responsibility to protect member PHI seriously and have applied rigorous security controls that exceed industry standards.

At no time will you be asked to provide login information nor will you be exposed to any member PHI. You will merely use this site to securely upload charts requested by Ciox on behalf of a health plan, member or other eligible entity.

Upon upload, your images are immediately encrypted and stored behind a firewall on a secure server. Those images will be processed by qualified, HIPAA trained personnel and attached to the corresponding chart requests. Ciox will immediately delete any images for which a corresponding chart request record cannot be found.

Due to the security and image quality, this method of delivery for protected health information is actually preferred to both fax and mail.
